Instead, the alleged killer's music of choice was the hymn, "He Touched Me." Where are the calls to ban that? Even if she's found innocent, it's still a pretty creepy title.

What if she were listening to "Let it Be" or "Old Dan Tucker?" Eminem lyrics can be violent, hence some people will make a connection between the lyrics and violent acts. Not sure why you think "He Touched Me" is a creepy title either. There's nothing creepy about the lyrics.
If you're not sure how "He Touched Me" is creepy in a religious context, I'm not sure I can help you. Be careful out there.
