Obama's culpability in this is bad enough, but the real story here is just how complacent the country as a whole has been on this and other major issues that affect the lives of millions of people. The only honorable people right now are living in tents or on the streets.
There are many excuses both good and bad but the fact remains that we as a people choose to ignore a criminal disaster of epic proportions that has ruined the lives of millions of people right under our noses. Up to a point one can blame the media and certainly the administration who are knee deep in this utter white wash of the major banks, but ultimately the whole damned country, if not humanity, is showing severe limitations in it's ability to function when levels of corruption and human short-comings reach certain levels.
