Man what a shill article. Here's the standard shit,

Yea right, a giant step closer to more money for oil executives you mean. It's unbelievable that they still try and sell this crap when everyone knows the oil will go to the international market, of which the US is one, to be sold to the highest bidder.
It's a drop in the bucket to allievate our energy needs.
